“Diet tip: Your pants will never get too tight if you don’t wear any.”
When and how did you start performing?
Tap dance when I was 3 years old! From there, other forms of dance, gymnastics, musical theatre, cheerleading, bodybuilding, and aerial arts. I love the stage!
When did you get into burlesque, specifically?
Where do you find your inspirations?
Usually when I'm running (like literally on a run) is when I find my ideas.
What advice would you give new performers?
Every BODY is beautiful. Find what gives you confidence and dive in 100%.
Do you have a method for creating your numbers? Or is it all madness?
It's usually a mix of incorporating my past experiences with my fantasies/imagination after I've found a song. Sometimes the opposite.
Do you have a favorite costume piece? What is it?
I loved my Wonder Woman costume. It is so authentic and badass.
Who are some performers you admire?
Bethany Finlay and JonBonet Butterbuns! And I also follow a lot of Cirque artists on IG
What do you really enjoy about performing?
The energy from the audience. I'm like Tinkerbell, I need applause to live ;)
Do you have a favorite moment from being on stage you can share? It does not have to be from a SLO Tease show!
I have so many. The one that comes to mind recently was sitting on cake and licking the frosting after! :P
